The Big day is upon us. here is the schedule for tomorrow:

School as normal

2:30 Man Choir Rehearse on stage

4:30 Storm Singers rehearse on stage

5:00 Concert Choir rehearse on stage

5:30 Choraliers rehearse on stage

6:00 Mixed choir rehearse on stage

6:30 house opens - Choirs are dressed and meet in choir room for group warm up.

7:00 concert starts

7:35 ish Dessert Auction

8:30 ish concert over

Lynden Music Festival on Friday

Hi Storm Singers,

Get ready for a fun night.

Friday October 14th

4:45 leave SQHS lower lot for Lynden

5:00 Have dinner in lynden (some place sort of quick)

6:15 arrive at the Judson Auditorium 518 Main St. Lynden, Wa. 98264

-Storm singers are instructed on how to take tickets and Usher.

7:00 Doors open people arrive

7:30 concert starts

9:30-10 concert over we sing in lobby

10:30 go home totally stoked about singing!!

Blitz!!!

Today at 2:30 until 5:30 the music dpt will be meeting at SQHS to Blitz the neighborhoods and try and sell the rest of their entertainment books that they have.

There will be free pizza upon returning from the Blitz and then students will check in their books and be Done!!

Storm Singers Cancelled tomorrow

Dear Storm Singers and Parents,

I will not be at school tomorrow. Storm Singers will be cancelled and my classes will have an Excellent Music Sub. The Legendary Mark Schlichting will be helping the choirs and guitar class to find excellent music.

Time to buckle down

The Concert is in almost 3 weeks and it is time for us to really get to work!

I have posted Several You Tube videos of the music we are doing. Please bring your music home and read along with the youtube videos. Any time you spend is helpful.

Under assignments you will find the practice verification sheet. click the link in Word or PDF format. Print it out and you can have your parents sign it then return it to me to verify your practice time.
