Booster Meeting

Dear Parents of Choir students,

I would like to formally invite you to the first Choir Parent Booster meeting to be held this Tuesday October 19th at 7pm in the Choir Room (F218) here a Squalicum. Roger Woods Has graciously stepped up to head the Dessert Auction coordination this year and this is a chance for us to get organized with this event and to start thinking about other events in the future. We are looking for someone to take over for Denise smith as our PTSA Lieson as her son graduates from the program this year.

I got to meet several of you at the back to school night that we had reciently but if you werent able to attend that even I hope you will be able to come to this event and see what choir is all about and how you can get involved to help us achieve our goals.

Here are some things I would like to discuss:

- Dessert Auction
- Choir Program for the year (creation of the program and Add sales )
- Caberet (we have a good thing going!! how can we make it beter?)
- Please email me with any thing that you would like to see on the agenda.

I am very VERY excited about this up coming concert on Tuesday Oct 26th at 7pm in the forum as well as the Winter Concert on December 15th.

We unveiled today to the entire music program that we will be performing selections from the Famous work "Carmina Burana" on the BORCH concert (that is Band Orchestra and Choir.) to be held December 15th. This will be a performance to remember! and I would like your help in making sure that we make an incredible showing for the community.
