7:45 Leave SQHS



We will need 2 drivers




8:30-9:00 Arrival, report to rehearsal rooms
Directors hospitality room: drama room (125)

9:00-11:45 Rehearsals
Choir in choir room (127)
Band on stage
Orchestra in band room (126)

11:45-12:30 Lunch (sack lunches): musicians can eat in the high school lobby or in outside courtyard

12:30-3:00 Room switching and rehearsals
12:30-12:45 Room switch: band to band room, orchestra to stage
12:45-1:45 Orchestra dress rehearsal on stage
1:45-2:00 Room switch: orchestra to drama room (125), choir to stage
2:00-3:00 Choir dress rehearsal on stage

3:30 Call time for concert; musicians report to your green room
Choir: choir room (127)
Band: band room (126)
Orchestra: drama room (125)

4:00 Concert: Choir, Orchestra, Band (in that order)



The concert cost is $4 and should be over by 5
