Dear Choir Parents and students,
Here is your reminder for the Music banquet on Thursday at
7. (6:15 for DC folks)
These are the potluck items we came up with by the way:
Last names A-E: Salads- pasta / potato /etc.
F-J: Desserts
K-O: Savory snacks
P-T: Fruits & Veggies
U-Z: Beverages (juice, lemonade, soda)
In addition to yesterday's
message about Thursday's banquet. If you make / bake something, could include a
little card / slip of paper with it listing ingredients, that would be great!
We have gluten, nut and legume allergies in band (probably others in orchestra
and choir too), and better safe than sorry!
Also, we’ll need a handful of folks to start setting up the
Commons during the DC presentation. Who did not go to DC Is there any one in
that category that would be willing to help out. Please respond if so.
Here is the schedule
6:15 – DC Presentation in the Forum – all students and
Parents that were a part of the DC trip are invited.
7:00 – Entire music department Banquet –Pleases bring
something as assigned at the top of this email. Parents and students from all
music ensembles are invited to this event.
Thanks for attending this great event we will be giving out
awards and remembering the great things that happened this year. Lets celebrate!
