Dear Choir Parents,

Don’t forget that we have our first concert of the year on Tuesday!! We would love to see you all there bring your friends and grandparents and anyone else that would like to hear some great choir music. And its free!

On Tuesday students will need to adhear to the following time line:

5:00 Man choir rehearsal

5:30 All choirs in the forum for our one an only all rehearsal of We Are One.

6:00 Desserts must be in commons

6:30 house opens. (get there early for a good seat)

7:00 show opens

7:35 ish intermission

7:45 bidding over for dessert auction

8:30 ish concert is over pickup your dessert. Students put robes on racks and make sure stage and choir room are clean.

Greetings Choir Families!

Our BIG dessert fund-raiser is fast approaching! We are still in need of home-made desserts for auction. If you or someone you know would like to support SQHS choir by making a scrumptious dessert, please let us know ASAP.

Since this is our first choir performance of the year, please consider inviting your family and friends. They WILL NOT be dissapointed AND it will give them a chance to support our choirs and bid on a dessert, as well. 

Details about the auction:

     *All desserts are to be delivered to the school by 6pm, on Wed. Oct. 30 in the Commons area. Please add a tag to your dessert including: name of dessert, list of ingredients and any other helpful information, ie: gluten free, etc...Important: If this drop-off time does not work, please call DeeDee 676-5364 and we can work something else out.
     *Bidding will begin at 6:30
     *Concert will begin at 7:00 in the Forum
     *Bidding will wind down and end after Intermission
     *Winners can check out and retrieve items upon leaving. Please note that we do not have the ability to accept credit cards. Cash or check only. Thank You!
