$2,289.85 Bank Balance
Talked a bit about concessions. Need to recruit more students next year to
help out. Concessions are a GREAT way for choir to make money.
Scrip Gift Card
Program: Michelle Dohm, DeeDee Bell
Discussed ways to get more families signed up. It is the
best way to earn dollars that go directly into students’ ASB account. Encourage
students to take forms to neighbors, employers and friends.
Discussed a way to add to Choirs’ ASB account: Purchase
Haggen cards to sell at concerts, starting with the March 15th
concert. Choir ASB will purchase 5-10
$50 cards to sell. Percentage of each card sold goes back into the Choir ASB account
which helps to fund materials, equipment and scholarships.
Michelle and DeeDee will put together an informative email for
parents and students about how to capitalize on the Scrip program to help pay
for the Choir tour scheduled for May 31.
