Dear Concert choir 14/15 Parents and Students,
There
is a proposal to go to Los Angles Next year to participate in the Heritage
Festival of Gold, Sing in the Segerstrom Center for the Performing Arts and of
course attend Disneyland. This trip will cost any where from $1300 to $1800.
The cost is not set yet because we still have to set our Itinerary. That being said we need to know if we should
reserve our invitation at the festival and make a deposit with the festival
organizers. I need feedback from you to know if we should go for it or not.
Fundraising will of course be available. We will be having a booster meeting
Tuesday June 17th at woods coffee near Barkley village at 7pm to
start planning fundraising and other events. I sent a small letter home today so that you could indicate if this is something that you feel we should pursue or not. please read it, indicate your preference and then have your student bring it back tomorrow. or you can bring it to the booster meeting at woods tomorrow evening.
